United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Affirms Client Victory

The United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with Stephen Brown and affirmed the District Court's dismissal of a class action suit.  After prevailing at the District Court and obtaining a dismissal of a class action suit,  Stephen Brown argued to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals that the District Court properly dismissed the class action law suit and the dismissal ought to be affirmed.  The Sixth Circuit agreed and affirmed the victory.
