Ohio Supreme Court Protects Million-Dollar Jury Verdict and Award

BROWNLAW CLIENT'S JURY VERDICT AND MILLION DOLLAR AWARD PROTECTED BY THE OHIO SUPREME COURT.  The 9-day jury trial victory obtained by Stephen against a shareholder and director violating his fiduciary duties was affirmed by the 10th District Court of Appeals, and the Ohio Supreme Court agrees with Stephen's arguments rejecting opposing counsel's bid to overturn the verdict and award.
