Federal Court Agrees with BROWNLAW, Sends Case to Arbitration

The District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma agrees with BROWNLAW and grants Motion to send a client's pending case to arbitration.  The Court found, as asserted by BROWNLAW, that Ohio law applies to the parties' agreement, the arbitration provision is thus separable from the underlying agreement, and, further, an arbitration provision controls even when the underlying agreement expires when the dispute at issue arose under the agreement.
