United States District Court Dismisses Class Action Suit

THE COURT AGREES WITH STEPHEN BROWN AND DISMISSES CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST BROWNLAW CLIENT.  Stephen argued the Class Action suit should be dismissed with no right by Plaintiffs to re-file for class action arbitration.  The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio agreed with Stephen and dismissed the case.
