BROWNLAW Obtains Dismissal

In a dispositive Motion filed early in the proceeding, BROWNLAW argued the suit against its client should be dismissed based on statements by the opposing party calling into question whether the Plaintiff would maintain the action. The Court agreed, granted BROWNLAW’s Motion, and dismissed the suit.
